A very hilarious story about a landlady's neice and the four tenats. Four charming boys find thenselves in a bitter-sweet situation in their firt year at high school. They get to stay at a posh dromitory for free if they're able to turn the landlady's neice into a charming and refined young 'lady'...only, the task proves to be a not-so-easy-as-it-looks one.
